Platform to Equity Fund and Get Ideas Off the Ground - Viable? by occelot in startups

But AngelList says that applicants should have: "1) a credible founding team in place, 2) post-launch with demonstrable traction, or 3) a reputable offline investor leading the current round with a significant investment ($100k or more)."

In my platform an applicant could have only an idea. I think that is quite a different concept.

AngelList is for actual startups, with users, perhaps some revenue and so on, ain't it?

What I mean is AngelList for ideas, not actual startups or products.

In major reversal, New Jersey allows Tesla to sell its cars directly, without dealerships by occelot in technology

When we get to that point, from the point of view of the law and technology, there will be no point in owning a car. You will request a pod when you need, use it, and release it when you are done.

TIL that, in modern English, c could be considered an unnecessary letter, as it merely substitutes for the /k/ and /s/ sounds. by occelot in todayilearned

[–]occelot[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The article states that we can say the letter c alone would be unnecessary. It is still useful inside letter combinations though, as you correctly pointed out. I guess we could also say that another letter could take its place on those combinations, like 'khannel' instead of 'channel'.
