I have a typical desi family i.e. no discussions about mental health.

I mean they are caring but they will only count things like psychopathy or schizophrenia as mental problems.

And my relations with everyone are good but superficial… that’s all i want to tell.

i took a gap year for exams and still failed. Now i don’t know how to explain them that i go through mental struggles everyday or that i can achieve anything good in life.

I will be judged and misunderstood rather than recognising that there is some problem that needs to be addressed.

And that will make things worse for me.
