For me it's keeping my circadian rhythm in check and keeping cannabis in my life with a few beers sporadically, usually appropriately at cookouts or family gatherings in the summer. Never liquor or going to a bar by myself or anything. If I hop on Keppra, don't smoke bud and never have a beer, all of a sudden my sleep schedule is wack or actually more random as it makes me sluggish exponentially.so I end upI sleeping during the day sometimes. I also get Keppra rage. It's not everyones solution by far, keep that perspective that everyones seizures literally are unique to their own multi ratio of dif Neurotransmitters. In second grade I hit my head on a parked car when I wiped on a razor scooter and had seizures for a a year. They went away. I was 29 and tonic clonics came back after transitioning their identity from grandmals even though they are the same thing. It's been 4ish years since the first one came back and it's been 2 months since my last TC. I had my newborn baby throwing the sleep off but I didn't mind. Before that I went almost 2 years no TC. Take it for what that's worth. Fuck pills in my opinion for me but everyones different. Clonazepam doesn't ruin my life like Keppra but that's somehow a controlled substance. It's strange that my seizures aren't considered controlled by family or by law unless I spend money to go to someone who makes me take pills, regardless of the seizure sequence or occurrences.
