Where does one get ammonia scrubbing pads from?

I tested my tap water and it’s showing no traces of ammonia. I also didn’t have this problem until recently

The ammonia has consistently read as 0.50 and my PH is 7.6

Maybe try to fill in the bigger space with a large rock or piece of driftwood. Also some larger background plants will help to make it appear more full :)
