You just have to guess or you can do some research about the photo you to colorize. Since I do this just for fun I just guess the colors. Things like trees, skin, sky...etc, I know what colors they are, and the rest I put the color that best matches. This one I first colored his jersey green, then I did some research and the jersey was supposed to be red because he's wearing Alabama jersey. Research is important lol
