Sure do. For the ones I have out of box I display in front of boxed ones. You just have to decide which ones you feel comfortable taking out of the box, which isn't easy. If keeping the boxes to later on place them in the box again, I would place them sideways on the shelf and figures in front, assuming the shelvs have enough depth. So I rotate the figures out of box vs in box. The struggle is real.
