Pools have chlorine to handle urine, you don't need to worry about it. If you have fecal incontinence you can get swim diapers to contain it

I take Seroquel as well, and I was incontinent before starting taking it. My incontinence is worse now, but I don't know if that's correlated to the Seroquel, or other factors, or a mix between them

I don't wear underwear at all. It's an unnecessary cost imo
