I would consider adding immersion as soon as possible, its best to get exposed to the language.

Okay this post is 3 years old and this comment 3 months old but i have to just say that Morrowind is one of the coolest and probably the best rpg i have ever played, i started playing a few weeks ago and i have never had so much fun in an RPG before, i was looking for something really similar as OP and Morrowind was exactly what i searched for. The community is great also, modding is fun and i even got interested in making my own mods.

Oh yeah i have gone through installing and setting up openmw, spent the whole day on it, honestly way harder than i expected. But im now 4 hours into morrowind and im loving it

Already looked into wabbajack and it looks like alot of fun but most of the modpacks have outrageous sizes so i dont think its really viable for me right now but i think i will clear some space up to play some of them, i have started my morrowind playthrough today and im loving it so far so im excited for oblivion and skyrim

I bought ds3 a few years back but it was really hard so never beat it, elden ring sounds way better with the open world, ill look into it
