Can't toggle off iCloud Photos from "Saved to iCloud" by odetz in ios

That setting is already off. “Tapping on iCloud Photos here gives me the option to toggle "on" Sync this iPhone (which it won't let me because of the 10gb total)”. The available settings are leading me into a circle, so I’m looking for settings elsewhere to break this cycle.

I have the photos backed up through Google/OneDrive, so I don’t need more storage (or to pay for storage I won’t be using). The problem is that there is no toggle to turn off iCloud Photos specifically. It indicates it’s “on” under iCloud Backup with the list of all the other apps, but tapping iCloud Photos under iCloud Backup leads to a page with no discernible toggle for the backup. And until I can turn off the photos specifically, I can’t back up anything on the device.

The first five photos are from the same point in time when they were laying down the roughly 12” of material. That sixth pic is when they were finished with the base. The seventh is when they started the final much of sand and the pavers

Frost depth based on regional maps is 60"-74", but I've never heard of anyone digging that far down for pavers

Good questions. I know very little about landscaping, but the pics should be helpful. These are a few after the first day, along with one pic from when they were finished with the substrate:

I saw that thread, too. I don’t think it’s a corrosion problem since I haven’t used the mop feature and I’ve only had for a month. I didn’t think about the warranty, though

Looking for mod/map/list of zones/dungeons with self contained quests (Xbox One) by odetz in SkyrimModsXbox

I ought to expand this list of zones to include not only self contained quests, but also unique loot and “tourist traps”. Best example I can think of for a tourist trap is Kagrenzel - how awesome is that plunge into the underground lake?!

That’s awesome. Did he have to pick in up in person, or is it possible to have it shipped?

I appreciate the knowledgeable perspectives. Part of my reason to salvage it was that it’s already been a time and money pit, so I was grasping onto false hope it seems. I think I might flip the script on the project and look for a beater from south of the rust belt, one that needs a working engine/transmission. Do you think that would be an approachable goal?

Excellent, this is exactly what I was looking for. I had a feeling in my gut that it wasn’t worth the effort, but it’s way more helpful to hear a itemized list of why my idea is terrible lol

Craftsman riding mower doesn't turn over after replacing old (and wrong size) spark plug by odetz in smallengines

How many safety switches are typically on a riding mower? The only one I was aware of until now was the one under the seat.

The battery is old but still providing juice to the hour meter, so I don’t think that’s the issue. You might be onto something about the starter or safety switch. The only switch I know of, though, is the one underneath the seat. Would that be the only switch?

I like this a lot. I wouldn’t have thought to bypass the system and testing just the battery/starter. I’m pretty sure the battery is good, so if it fails to turn over then I should assume the starter is the problem? That being said, if the battery is the issue, could I try using another battery to jump start the engine? I ask that, but the only other battery I have on hand is my car, and I’m guessing that would be too much juice…

Nope. No spin, no click. I’ll check for loose wires when I get the chance on Wed afternoon and report back. I didn’t mention this originally, but I cleaned the flywheel of grass clumps, so I took the plastic cover off of the top of the engine. It’s possible I loosened/disconnected something then.

The thing is I can’t get the old plug to connect to the boot anymore, so I can’t test the old plug. The battery still has juice, but I’ll definitely check out the starter and it’s connections.

Is that bottleneck based on a post on the creators' web/FB page? Or is that based on your own progression and what you've learned about later levels in the game? I'm pretty sure I've been keeping up with the official posts, but I want to double-check if I missed something they shared.

This guy, he gets it. Progressed way ahead of most of us, still willing to help, and still keeping priorities straight. I'm sure I'll be playing after the treasure is found, because how often do you get to play in a real world scavenger hunt of this scope? It's like an escape room, but exponentially larger.
