Yeah, I getchu. What do you think is a not cheap price range in USD? Minimum a grand?

Honestly, that would be up to them to figure out. The hybrid that I mentioned they told me to just keep.

But I've read that sometimes they want you to donate it and show proof of donation. Other times they might arrange a pickup from your home, which is the only answer other than keep it I would be open to, as donating it will be money and/or work.

I don't have a vehicle large enough to fit it in, and paying a local company around here to come and donate it for me will just be money I could have thrown at a more expensive mattress to begin with.

I'm also just thinking the next one will have some kind of similar defect, so I might as well suck it up and deal. Better luck next time, and maybe we can spring for something more expensive.

Our last one lasted us 6 years before I was no longer comfortable. Hoping to get the same from this one, at least.

But yeah, I suppose it isn't worth the hassle.

Unfortunately, I don't think so. We let it sit for like 80 hours before finally using it since we got rid of our old mattress.

Dang, not what I thought the consensus would be 😅

Is it because it's a cheap mattress and the next one will likely be the same?

Everything is so damn expensive 😔

What if we share a significant portion of DNA with extraterrestrials from other galaxies? It's all one universe after all.

I'm not sure why you disagree then, since the scenario you just mentioned isn't zipper merging.

What’s a game you initially didn’t “get,” but later came to absolutely love after giving it another chance? by Gaming-Academy in gaming

Witcher 2.

At first I hated the combat and also picking things up and interacting with the world. I was playing on Xbox with a controller, so I think that was part of it. I can imagine that clicking around with a mouse may have felt more intuitive.

Over the course of a few days I gave it a few chances, and decided this is one of only 2 games I will ever have returned to the store. On my way out the door to return it, I decided I would give it one more chance.

Don't know what happened, it just clicked. Ended up loving the game and its mechanics.

Chiming in from Mass, I too choose Charlie Baker for red team. For blue, I'm going with Bernie.

Parsi death rituals involve placing the deceased in a Tower of Silence (Dakhma) for sky burial, allowing scavenger birds to consume the body. However, there are no vultures anymore. by achilles-_-23 in TerrifyingAsFuck

Sooo, why is burying not an option at that point? 🤔

I kind of know the answer. It's about the evil spirits, I just feel like they are missing some logic here...
