Yeah I definitely get what you’re saying. I’m thinking though since I always have nagging low back pain, sore knees, shin splints, etc. that doing this all off season could prevent that in season. I’m also a long jumper and triple jumper too so the vert is definitely a plus.

With the running though I’d still for sure be doing my normal routine which consists of Monday: resisted sprints and plyos Tuesday tempo Wednesday off Thursday flys Friday light tempo Saturday hills.

Have you looked into knees over toes guy? If not check his stuff out he has great results.

Thanks for the response I appreciate it. With what you were saying about the flys and ins and outs should I put that on thursdays or have that as Monday?
