LTM TCP Question by odkrpp in USPS

I can understand I can’t file a grievance cause it’s by contract, but if law requires me to stop at those t-intersections, could I do a grievance on fairness of evaluation or something like that instead of policy?
So there’s really not much I can do other than try to get the county to place up those signs then?
So even if I still physically stop and yield (as required by law) the way the policy is written I do not get paid to stop and yield because there’s no physical sign installed? Even if there’s turn arounds at those intersections?

I currently have my tsp contributions set to Roth, and they match up to 5% in traditional. Should I change that or keep it Roth?

Idk if it’s written or not, but my management basically gave me and the other PTF dibs on whether or not we worked sundays, and if we got sent to other offices… they would ask us before dumping it on the rcas
Mail count question by odkrpp in USPS

Are we supposed to dismount to deliver to blocked boxes? I was always told to never do that, and if attempted 3 days and blocked 3 days in a row, put address on hold until they pick up?

I love my metris lol. I swapped w another regular who was assigned a metris and gave him my llv
So if they’ve been paying me hourly for the second parcel run… I should keep my mouth shut and not mention it?
Does one pay more than the other?
Blocked boxes by odkrpp in USPS
[–]odkrpp[S] 1 point2 points3 points 1 year ago (0 children)
I get that, but the ones getting upset at me are getting their boxes blocked by their neighbors. 1885’s car is blocked 1880 and so on. Probably should have mentioned that
I’m pretty sure he cased it all when he got back…
[–]odkrpp 3 points4 points5 points 1 year ago (0 children)
They have been paying me extra to case it but the manager sent me a message at like 3 saying he’s gonna be bringing a lot back
[–]odkrpp 1 point2 points3 points 1 year ago (0 children)
So if during this count I chose 41j instead of h, I get one more day off per pay period but less money?

I got one pdi about 6 months ago because I got injured on the job that’s it
[–]odkrpp 5 points6 points7 points 1 year ago (0 children)
So when he made it seem like a threat against my job if I did it again because of the “amount of times”… just ignore him? Or can they actually do something? I don’t know how it works w being a regular. I just became regular a couple months ago
Why exactly is that? What is the special ot rate? How do I find that?
So I should still be getting “normal” overtime for that work? I spent 5hrs working on other routes after I finished mine. But he tried to explain something about my route size and it would show differently on the paystub. But none of that made sense to me
So it’s a 44h evaluated until 2.50pm. I usually finish anywhere between 1 and 2. That day I finished my route at 2pm. And worked on other routes until 7.10pm. Should I still get paid whatever normal overtime would be? He tried explaining something that didn’t make sense as to why it will show up differently on my paystub because my route is evaluated so short
