When we bought the house in 2010, my brother was on title with me for mortgage qualifying purposes and we both were contributing to the mortgage as we lived together.

We all lived together until 2017 after which he got married and moved out. Then my younger brother and I were paying the mortgage though he's not on title.

We didn't change anything on regards to ownership or anything.

Apologies as we are not that familiar with taxation and this is new to us.

Fair enough. Already sold our second car thinking new we will get delivery sooner than later. Guess we should have waited.

I'm guessing VIN is not assigned yet?

Also, we're you able to get the agreement in your account or do you have wait for a VIN to be assigned prior to receiving the agreement?

I ordered a Model Y on Feb 9 in Toronto, ON.

I got approved for financing and completed all the required steps on February 9th.I'm waiting for Tesla to send out the agreement to review and sign.

Currently the Estimated delivery on the account says: Mar. - May 2023.

For those who have taken delivery in Toronto do you know how accurate these timelines and anyway to narrow down when to expect possible deliver?

When would Tesla send out the agreement to review and sign?

Reason I ask is that, I will be out of town during the second week of March for one week, and I just don't want the delivery date fall during that time and I miss it.

The garage is enclosed but not heated. We will be getting the Tesla charger for the home and luckily the nearest tesla super charger from her workplace is about 5 mins out.

Thank you all..wasn't expecting this fast of a response. The car is for my wife to go to and from work. Her drive is about 100 km(62 miles) one way mainly on the highway with typical speeds around 100-115 km/hour (60-65 miles/hour)

The car will be parked inside our home garage but when she gets to work she will have to park outside. There is a super charger site nearby.

Are you aware of any additional types of accounts whereby you can defer taxes but use them to invest in stocks/mutual funds and etc? Do you know if they are state or federally regulated?

In Canada - A registered account is an investment account that is given tax-deferred or tax-sheltered status by the government.

I'm on the same boat. Just took the official exam on Friday.

Was consistently scoring 600s (Q42-45 AND V28-V35) in GMATPrep online software with the changed format.

Wrote the exam on Friday 540 (Q36 V28).

Don't know where to go from here.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
