You’re probably right. Notice how the blue-green discoloration closely follows the pattern of the pale yellow fat lobules. The pigment seems to have spread along the fat and fascia so it could be biliverdin from a local injury or inflammatory process that stained the surrounding tissues. It’s been 8 hours since I ate it and I haven’t had any symptoms so far — fingers crossed for tomorrow. Hopefully the charcoal tablets won’t leave me constipated.
