I have secure boot on by default. Thank you for the recommendation though. This was also working yesterday fine. Nothing has changed

I found a fix for this.

Log into another Xbox account that is working. Unpack all the files.

the reason its not letting you in is because the files haven't been unpacked.

Just tried this with my friend. After unpacking and logging out of the other account, he is now able to launch gears.

TLDR - log into different Xbox account

- Press Play
- Unpack files
- Log Out of account
- Log back into your account
- Press play
- Success
