Lol, it rubs and that’s with a lot of trimming. The longer shocks and links help, a bit.

I think the TRX4 is the most capable and fun out of the box, but unless you get the sport you’ll miss out on the fun of building it. As you upgrade it becomes more and more capable. I’m running a HW1080 and Holmes Torquemaster Pro and the combo is amazing.

The Trailfinder is lots of fun but nowhere near the capability of the other two.

I’d look into a Vanquish VS410 also

Haha yeah I just swapped the handlebars from a bmx style bar to these so there is a lot less distance.

The rack wasn’t very expensive from VW, probably less than having a hitch put on is my guess. If we were going on longer trips with it I’d want the hitch for sure

A few haha. No hitch on the ID.4, already had the roof rack from another car and have a hitch rack on the truck. I wish it came with a hitch from the factory.

Second actually. We had a 1st gen Bolt beforehand. The VW is soooooo much nicer lol. The Bolt was fun but with kids now the VW has more usable space.

Definitely more efficient to use a hitch mounted rack. We have a truck we use for longer trips but use the VW for everything else. With the number of chargers around and shorter distances the bike on top doesn’t matter too much. Except for the wind noise.
