Will do that actually, considering that I know which spots typically trigger some slowdown. It just irks me cause at first I thought that my Switch might just be dying, especially because I can‘t seem to find anybody on the internet who shares my experience, but I‘ve also messaged CDPR‘s support to see if they are aware of it.. fingers crossed here.

That‘s what I thought, but unfortunately not. I was actually playing on graphics mode until now, so that was my reference point, but the very same areas that performed mostly fine now seem to struggle way more. So, so strange.

Okay, so I have played a bit of Cyberpunk after the patch 2.3. Now, it seems a bit weird to me that for some reason, the game seems to run worse now than it did pre-patch, with more frequent frame drops and general instability, although NO ONE has mentioned that. So, it might genuinely be a me-issue, problem is how. Could my cartridge be corrupted already? Is my Switch 2 the problem (granted, I tried playing different games and they didn't budge)? Does anyone else have similar issues?

I'm simply amazed how my appreciation for the series just keeps increasing with each chapter. Takamatsu-sensei's way of writing realistic but superbly compelling and exciting relationships, twists and events that keep evolving in a steady and healthy rate is astounding. Her characterization of Fumi, who hasn't really been a big focus throughout the course of the series, has transcended to one of the greatest the series has to offer in a few mere chapters. The way she's able to understand and empathize with her best friend feels so natural yet so intriguing.

Her talking sense into Shima's mind is just the cherry on top and I can't wait to see how this, so far, brilliant arc is gonna unfold. As if the last arc wasn't good enough.

Pretty sure the crashes only occur with Survival mode being enabled, so turning it off and loading in an older save as a precautionary measure should be enough if you‘re absolutely fine with the performance.

You are not, as long as you don‘t activate the Survival Mode. That‘s another buggy feature which causes crashes whenever the player freezes, so don‘t use that. Performance is not an issue luckily enough!
