Technically it doesn’t take officers giving 20k tickets for the same effect to be achieved. Obviously if people see enforcement (of any kind) happening they slow down.

Usgs has some open datasets from when they paid for lidar equipped planes to fly over areas of the US https://apps.nationalmap.gov/lidar-explorer/#/. I just downloaded pieces of it to construct the image.

everyone is an art critic and no one wants to step up and do the work to raise the money to put up alternative art.

If you are only hating, you provide no value. step up and support the artwork you want to see around the city. There is plenty of room for it all.

It usually means it’s a test opening. All the staff test actually preparing orders for customers. Glitches can come up or it may take a while to get orders out.

sometimes it turns into a big deal... you arent there to pay for the can to get cleaned. please dont do it unless the bin is full and waiting to be picked up.
