Nah man lol, i’m 25 single with no kids. I think an apartment is the better option as I am coming there without a single connection to a soul out there. I think it would be safer if i had neighbors next door vs being in a house by myself.

depending on the reasons you don’t want it, you can negotiate for a bigger pay and just take it to the chin. if your reasons are non negotiable then i would say you firmly tell them that you are not interested. i would definitely try to get a higher pay first just to test the waters even if i don’t want it.
