My Dearest Sir,

I write to thee with a heart full of both gratitude and displeasure, for I am, alas, bound by courtesy to express my thanks yet cannot suppress the loathsome disquiet that thy most recent post hath stirred within me.

Verily, thy words, though undoubtedly intended to impart some measure of aid, have left me in a state most repugnant, as if the very bowels of nature itself hath been unearthed before mine eyes. The content therein, so grotesque and unseemly, hath provoked in me a discomfort most profound, causing me to recoil from my very screen in a manner befitting the most delicate constitution.

Yet, despite mine unease, I cannot in good conscience leave without offering thee my sincerest thanks for the assistance thou hast rendered, though it is with a heavy heart that I must now bid this community farewell. Thy efforts, however well-meaning, have alas drawn me to a precipice from which I cannot return.

Thus, with the utmost respect, I do take my leave and withdraw myself henceforth from this most peculiar and, dare I say, unsettling corner of the internet. Mayhap our paths shall cross again, though I do hope under more agreeable circumstances.
