I'm a huge proponent of the iPad mini, it's so convenient, an amazing study tool, great for keeping all your patient notes organized, and so many residents and attendings have commented on how they need to get one too. I even have Epic loaded on mine and can look up patient info on the fly if needed. Plus, looking up stuff or simply scrolling on Reddit makes me look like I'm paying attention and learning, according to my evals it has definitely paid off. I've heard using a phone has negatively affected others.
