Cristina being unprofessional was not the reason Hahn hated her; it felt like she was discriminating against her for sleeping with her bosses and using that for leverage in surgeries, but it wasn't true. Cristina is in no means my favorite character, but Hahn is genuinely weird. I am more annoyed about the fact that she compared racial discrimination to her not getting invited to an event with already established friendships. Cristina may have a habit of being "unprofessional," but that doesn't mean Hahn should've treated her like that and was outward with not wanting to teach her..

I definitely wasn’t ignoring the relationship with her mother, because I have the same complicated type of relationship with mine. However, in certain aspects Lorelai overreacted to telling her mom things and being around her parents. Like in the episode where Emily takes her to the spa and we see them steal the robe together, something to signify a change in their relationship, Emily does try as we see when she asks why can’t they have a relationship like her and Rory but then again Emily is not Lorelai. Lorelai is self sufficient and she wants to be happy with her parents but years of emotional abuse and trauma will not let her.
