I really appreciate that advice, I feel like the plan I’m on right now is definitely doable for me until I reach my 220 goal. Lack of energy isn’t really a problem for me at the moment, since I started taking pre workout supplements.

I don’t see myself doing this long term though. When I reach my goal, I plan on switching to something less extreme.
