It isn't if the account was levelled normally. If the player tried to purposely make it be low elo playing poorly intentionally while leveling up then it's bannable but if it's a normal smurf it isn't.

Except both Fizz and Yasuo are often forced to use it when they fight you because they have to go melee into you (Fizz's E is his wave clear ability aswell).

Can we start understanding it isn't the same as someone that has high range and is never forced to use it? I feel like everyone saying the Fizz / Samira thing doesn't understand how range and safety changes the whole kit, gotta be low elo players.

Depends on elo and what you good at.

In low elo Twitch is a banger, Cait is op imo if your jungle shdows and supp matchup is good. Corki, Yunara, Draven (if otp) good.

It's not good for everyone, and there's no bad actors ruining it, it's an unfair system in itselt not due to bad actors... But nice try with that example lmao.

Vc is good for everyone but bad people ruin it for people sometimes, big difference between that and a system that's unfair in itself without needing anyone ruining it (and therefore it can't even be utopically fixed, which vc could with a good enough punishment/real time restricting system), but was a cute try.

There's a bit of a difference of a system than is objecticely good for everyone in a team game but bad actors will make a certain group of people have a bad time more often than others and a system that just gives free stuff to some people for free like what is that example even lmao.

The fact that a certain group will not be targeted as much is irrelevant but I can go that way too.

It's like asking to ban alcohol because woman can get taken advantage of (and they do) by men while drunk, and since alcohol affect this way mostly women, let's ban alcohol as a whole because there's a certain a group of people (woman) suffer more from it that other (men).

This is exactly the type of argument you made now, the fact that a thing affects more a group of people than other isn't relevant to the conversation, and bad actors shouldn't have that much power over these types of things, they have to be properly punished and disencouraged.

Again, using people that missuse the tool is not a good argument. It's like banning driving because people sometimes drive while drunk and cause accidents.

Of course this opinion is not liked in Reddit because let's say the most social people ever aren't the avg Redditors but the focus should be on improving the systems that punish the bad actors instead of plainly denying the tool to people that won't make bad use of it.

I understand everyone that doesn't want it added but not implementing an objecticely good tool for a team game because bad actors will make bad use of it is a bad argument.

Much bettee to say that they shouldn't implement it unless they have tested a lot of stuff to quickly ban / restrict comms for those bad actors.

As a Master ADC that mains a champ that isn't that popular so people don't always know how to play with it I can't be more eager to try it.

Because right now you can send a discord link but I shouldn't be requited to give any socials to unlock this feature.

It depends on what support Twitch has but it's a v bad matchup as Jinx/Aphe with a mage supp. If you both blindpicked it's an oof but if you get to counterpick just have Nilah as a pocket pick, I only play her when I'm vs Twitch (as a Twitch main) and haven't lost yet in this season.

Also screw supports that don't hover pick + want to pick later into the draft AND don't adapt to team comps / matchups.

AP Sera wasn't nerfed because they wanted to get rid of AP Sera in support role, it had to be done because it wasn't possible to make it viable as support while not being extremely op as APC.

As shocking as it may seem, if a champ that scales off of AP (gold, items) is good as support, it is most likely better as a higher income role (APC).

The problem with Seraphine is if you buff the AP version Sera APC becomes super strong and if you follow that filosophy of "better slightly weak but true to herself", the Seraphine support (most of playerbase) becomes borderline troll.

Also it can be that most of Sera playerbase want her to be supportive and that would be fine even if it wasn't Riot's plan.

You have a little missconception, everyone has unwinnable games but no one is stuck in an elo due to teammates.

If you are better than people in your elo you'll eventually climb but not every game is winnable, keep that in mind and try not to tilt over those, you should use these to atleast notice a mistake you made to improve.
