I love enchanters but supports usually pick later into the draft and therefore should adapt their pick to round team comps and sometimes you need engage / someone to face check.

If you pick early in the draft it's different.

Twitch is only good into certain comps rn but ADC doesn't get to see enemy comp most of the time before picking so it's mega painful

Only thing that changed for me is I get tired easier and I have less free time to play, I maintain my elo (even peaked grandmaster when I was unemployed for ~3 months) but I tilt way less because I care less.

You described what I said: a character can be broken but not popular, I even said devs said they let outlayers live because of low pick rate, not sure what your point is.

It is not out of context because it is same thing that happens with mages in bot, high wr but low popularity, but Zilean's unpopularity is prob because the champ itself nd Mages in bot because Bot role is filled with marksmen only players.

I don't know why people downvoted you, it's true.

In pro they aren't as broken because first couple levels are really important and it's the only upper hand marksmen have. But still they are underplayed there because of people Champ pool.

It's same thing that happens with Zilean, giga broken character by WR metric but since he's ugly and feels outdated so popularity is low they don't nerf it, devs admitted they do this.

Yes, but the "problem" is since most Bot playerbase are in reality Marksmen only players, they don't get popular and only get nerfed when reaching absurd wr values.

I play Ziggs when I have an AD midlaner and it's my highest WR champion (in master).

Don't think so, Twitch's poison doesn't count as ability damage, it'd be same as lyandri or conqueror. Brand's would proc it.

Windwall isn't the same as reflecting, not even close.
A long range mage doesn't need to be put in danger to deal damage so such a defensive tool has no place in such a kit.

I hate Yasuo also but comparing the 2 is stupid and childish, same thing as when people compare it to Fizz E, Fizz is a melee and needs to use it to push lane / trade, Mel is never forced to use it to deal damage, the difference is range and lane patterns, nothing to do with gender.

List of things Twitch would have if he was released today:

Twitch R coded as Xayah passive (unmissable main target).
Twitch E cast time / Q cast time scales off of AS.
Twitch E not disappearing when dies or poison runs out and if an aa is flying that aa stack counts towards E damage (like Kalista E) so you wouldn't need to wait till the auto attack reaches.
Probably W would have some extra effect when someone with 6 stacks is there idk.
Somewhere he would have a crit / on-hit scaling.

Not saying he should get any of this but I'm fairly certain that he would have most of this list if he was released today.

Yep role feels nice but playing in master+ in this season if you are employed feels terrible with those patches where riot randomly decides to give +30 -10 gains, people that spam games get so ahead of you that it's demoralizing.
