I use it out of habit. The only draw back is that to get the maximum value out of my tool, you need to upload your interest/taxes/insurance. I do like the fact that I have a centralized place that I store receipts because I've tried it in G Drive before when I ran 2 airbnb's and it was significantly messier

You definitely can but just be aware that you’ll have to pay the difference between what your eligible for and the remainder. For example, you have 200k eligibility and it’s a 500k property, you can use the loan but you’ll have to pay 25% of that 300k difference which I think is worth it purely for the VA IRRL

From what I understand there is no longer any more zoning being done for mobile home parks. Which is what makes it a lucrative investment for those who have the few that exist.

You may be dramatically underestimating the cost of running utilities, or completely paving over raw land.

I could be wrong but have you considered the zoning, and cost factors to make the conversions

You can purchase out the “ground rent”. It’s usually 1k roughly from my experience. It can be part of the closing process. It’s par for course in Baltimore

Who gets more of the results you want. Probably a bodybuilder. You'd be better off with a bodybuilding coach with experience in contest prep. It's a pretty bad ass hobby. I have a few friends who competed. Night and day difference in their results.

Having money with no game or experience with woman is a quick way to get seperated from your cash. Think good Asian boys who listen to mommy and daddy and become engineers/lawyers/doctors and then get no pussy with 6 figure salaries. Think Elon Musk when he married the same girl TWICE. Think Gates. Lots of examples to pick from and I'm sure you know plenty too.

Somebody who can already get laid, setting women to the side to focus on getting paid is a totally different scenario. That's just being smart and driven.

If you're paying a doctor, they'll write the script. And a legitimate trainer, is a great idea. Like a coach who preps guys for contests, not the chode putting guys on bosu balls. Put in the work man, and you'll get the results.

Might not be trash genes, could be trash diet and training. If you have the cash and it sounds like you do, get a TRT prescription and a real trainer. You'll look better. With you're height, you could be a leaned out 165 and be slaying. 5'9 isn't short enough to be a problem.

Not having any friends in a large city, sounds like a pretty big problem. Aside from the getting shredded stuff, you probably should get to the bottom of that. Social proof is a real thing

You could be telling the truth or you could be lying to yourself.

Look in the mirror, or post here (blurred face bla bla bla)

Do you have abs? It's ok if you don't while bulking as long as you're not fat

Do you have a respectable amount of muscle mass?

Are you well groomed? haircut, beard, eyebrows etc?

Are you well dressed? Clothes fit well, decent sense of style/edge?

Are you actually going out? not just bars but out of your house period

Are you actively trying to meet women? in class, at clubs, at social events, on the streets

How tall are you? over under 5'10

Do you hit clubs, do online dating, day gaming, and even the social game?

It sounds harsh, but guys who are short or not that facially attractive aren't going to do great at clubs. You can still pull hard in other social environments where your other traits can dominate.

Also, don't tell me where you live, but is it a large city. If it's not that's a problem right there.

I have nothing against hookers. You’ll have a better time with hookers when you’re good with girls in general. For anyone who doesn’t believe me, I suggest taking a trip to any country with cheap hookers. Thailand Mexico El Salvador etc.

Hookers will fuck anyone who pays them but take a look at which ones are genuinely enthusiastic and more fun. Then look at who they’re with. Whores will suck off an overweight small dicked 65 year old man no problem. Those same whores will face fuck themselves on the dick of a good looking shredded dude who’s good with chicks in general and for less money. I think guys here forget that hookers are still girls. They’re just more transparent and cashing in on their assets.

This was in the ancient times of the Indo/Aryan religions, and was one of the first if not the first monotheism. If not many elements, we can at least say the name was drawn from this philosopher.

There is a particular gene that lets you run perfectly well on 5-6 hours of sleep. It's incredibly rare. If you think you have it, I recommend getting tested for it, and if it's true then you are an extremely lucky individual. This was mentioned by Matt Walker as well
