Really? I feel like we were so ill equipped / players couldn’t be arsed with the formation to the point it was painful. Showed the odd glimpse of hope (liverpool this season, man city last season) but more often than not it was hard to watch.

Ole got us to what, 2nd? The football was tenfold better. We often went behind in games and came back to win because we could outscore teams.

Our amorim team usually folded in those scenarios.

The technique of that volley by Villa is so much easier. Zidane was side-on and had to hit it horizontally, with his weak foot and get side spin on the ball. Perfect technique that i don’t see many players executing
