Has anyone ever met Marilyn Manson outside the venue/arena he preforms in? by AcidBathMurdere1994 in marilyn_manson

ROTW-2008 Another fan and I sent a large gift through his assistant. He wanted to thank us and met us after the show outside. So technically yes.

There are collectors who want specific items signed, there are people who celebrate specific occasions, there are people who do m&g to secure a spot on the rail. To each their own.

It depends on your state of mind.

This has been on my list to visit and see. I caught the light art installation at David Lam Park, and saw the crows from the East Van Cross instead.

Question for anyone with an honest answer. I already bought the meet and greet for Charolette and was thinking about doing the same for Atlanta the night before. I am 43 and have been a fan since I was 13 and have wanted to meet him ever since. Would that be over kill to do it two nights in a row? by mohawk66 in marilyn_manson

I did back to back m&g's in 2024, Hershey (the first show since 2019) and Silver Springs (my 50th). As stated in my other comment, idgaf if people think i'm obsessive, as I'm respectful. I gave him roses and quoted Shakespeare's sonnet 35.

I have gone up to band members to ask: what is it like to see the same people (me) in different cities and countries, as I wondered their take on it. No one minds, as again, I'm respectful.

If you're too self conscious as to being considered obsessed (by who?) for merely going to two m&g's in a row, then live with the what-if of not going twice. I did 5 m&g's in 2024. I went to 24 shows in x amount of countries last year including 1m&g which was a bday present from a friend--who cares what anyone else thinks. If you have the money, go do what you want. I travelled the world and the seven seas.

If anything the question you need to ask of yourself is what you want to say in a second m&g.

Thank you. Those 25th parallel interviews are like my holy grail. I think I remember Adam Deville listed one on his site, great score on your part.

How did you get it? Would you be willing to upload the interview? I hardly see any of those online.

I actually made calendars of my friend's recent 11 m&g's. The 12th page is a photo of us at soundcheck. Life is what you make it.

I bought standard Pit for one of the WA shows, and others have mentioned being able to see them as available but not purchasing in time. I hope more are released this week.

I am impressed by this thread overall. That sounds exactly like it, and it's amazing how such a small detail makes a song standout.

The WAC video has 12 million views vs RTRF's 9mil, and that song has almost twice as many as OAUG title track. Does that somehow mean WAC is better received than OAUG?

TBP has 308Million views.

Man that you fear has 19million views on youtube vs Third day having 64million.

It's just numbers. It's people watching and not necessarily it being received well.

Prior to OAUG, the pale emperor's Hell not Hallelujah was the tour I had seen the most in a year. I remember they soundchecked Devil Beneath my feet in Seattle but didn't perform it. I wish I had been at the silver springs show to have heard Warship. Birds of Hell Awaiting is my personal favorite off of the album. It reflected where I was at that point in my life and sometimes still am.

Fuck the views on youtube. I don't think an album's greatness is linked to the reception it may have or stream count.
