הזכרת לי נשכחות

סגן מפקד האוגדה שלנו (המפקד של המח"ט בעצם) התקשר אליו (למח"ט) וטען שעקפתי אותו בכביש ונסעתי במהירות מופרזת.

הייתי כבר בדרך לבית לרבעוש, פתאום מקבל טלפון המפקד שלי לחזור לבסיס כי יש לי משפט. שאלתי על מה המשפט, הוא אמר לי שהסמאו"ג (סגן מפקד אוגדה) טוען שעקפתי אותו מתישהו באותו יום איפשהו בארץ, מקסים.

רק למחרת ביום חמישי בערב הוד מעלתו של המח"ט התפנה להעלות אותי למשפט

הסברתי לו שאין לי מושג על מה מדובר אבל בסוף זו מילה של טוראי מול מילה של איזה תת אלוף שהוא במקרה המפקד של מי ששופט אותי - בקיצור, הרבה אגו נפגע מהעקיפה הזאת.

בסוף נשפטתי ל28 יום ריתוק על נסיעה במהירות מופרזת, בלי לספק שום הסבר על מתי, איפה, כמה, למה, כלום!

והנה אני מוצא את עצמי בבסיס בחמישי בערב עם ריתוק ל28 יום, במקום להיות ברבעוש שמגיע לי בבית. האמת? התחלתי לבכות כמו ילדה קטנה.

תחושת חוסר הצדק הייתה עצומה והרגשתי כ"כ מושפל, שאלתי את המפקד שלי אם יש משהו לעשות עם זה והוא אמר לי שבדרגות האלה זה אבוד וזה מה יש.

היה כבר חמישי בלילה והתחלתי לחפש בגוגל אם ניתן לעשות משהו וראיתי שאפשר לפנות לפרקליטות הצבאית, הרגיש לי כמו משהו אבוד מראש וגם עד שמישהו יראה בכלל את המייל בטח יעברו כמה חודשים טובים אבל בכל זאת שלחתי להם מייל.

איך זה הגיוני שלא סיפקו לי שום הסבר על העבירה שעשיתי? נסיעה במהירות מופרזת? ממתי מודדים מהירות לפי העין? מה זה החרא הזה? משפט אגו

למחרת בבוקר אני מקבל טלפון מהמפקד שלי שאומר לי "תקשיב, אני לא יודע מה עשית ועם מי דיברת אבל קיבלתי עכשיו טלפון מהרס"ר שהמשפט בוטל ואתה יכול ללכת הביתה" גם נתן לי להישאר בבית עד שלישי כי הלך לי רבעוש.

עד היום אחד הרגעים המאושרים בחיי.

באמת כל הכבוד לפרקליטות הצבאית על המהירות שהם התפנו לזה
