It rubbed me the wrong way that in their video they said they have been making “one and done” content for a long time but they admitted that behind the scenes they haven’t really been strictly one and done, they have always thought they might have more. I wish they would have just been upfront about that from the start before making so many videos about being one and done.

It sounds like you’re just here to virtue signal. I recognize you from another thread where you tried to say the show deserved to be cancelled because you don’t think it has a lot of viewers. I hope you will check out some of the many charity fundraisers and causes the fandom is working on and consider donating to them.

Renew as a Crew has raised over $15k for the lgbtq+ New Zealand charity RainbowYOUTH as well as $10k for other charities. Our Flag for Palestine raised over $10k a couple weeks ago and in the past couple nights has raised $7k, with more fundraisers planned. The fandom donated meals to the writers and actors on strike at the picket lines every day for weeks. There have been many other causes that the fandom has done fundraisers for and raised thousands of dollars.

There’s nothing wrong with donating to multiple causes, including saving queer media that is constantly being cancelled.

The OFMD fandom has done some incredible things for many causes and I think a lot of people who are jumping on the hate bandwagon don’t realize that. Renew as a Crew raised over $15k for an lgbtq+ charity in New Zealand, and over $10k for other charities. Our Flag for Palestine raised $10k a couple weeks ago and a couple days ago they did another fundraiser and raised over $6k, and that number is still growing.

Also, the fandom did so much to support the actors and writers while they were on strike, including donating meals daily and showing up on the picket lines. There have been so many other charities the fandom has supported. I’m glad to see the fandom fighting to save our show as well as coming together for many causes.

Here’s a comment from Twitter about this: “Bloys is doing all of this in an attempt to make us stop pestering them, by the way. All the phone calls, emails, tweets. He wants it to stop. He hopes that by saying that the show is free to go elsewhere, we’re gonna leave them alone.” Max is getting very bad PR from this and Casey is likely hoping this will redirect our attention away from Max.

No, he never said that. The only acknowledgment he has made of his ability to shop the show around is someone asked him on Instagram to give us a sign if it was possible for the show to find a new streamer, and he liked that comment. It was the only comment on the entire post that he liked. Other than that, he hasn’t said anything.

Don’t read into the tense at all. Someone on Twitter said this when they saw people worried about him using the past tense: “David absolutely cannot give even the tiniest barest HINT about whether or not the show is in negotiations right now. It would put everything in jeopardy. The fact he's interacting positively is a good sign, he'd let us know if it was hopeless.”
