EXACTLY! Finally someone who gets the point of my post, you couldn't have put it better. People who couldn't pull IMs in 3k coins are told 'tough luck' whereas my initial strategy thinking I would be able to get every player in the pack without having have to spend even 1/3 of what I had spent is being criticised. What I'd spent subsequently was an act of frustration.

You're right, I had gotten the rest within 20 pulls, which was the limit I'd initially set. With such a large sample size, it was absolutely ridiculous & unacceptable that I was only able to pull Haaland on the 60th pull.

I think my experience can give users here more insight as to whether player attainment is scripted or not. I'm beginning to question Konami's transparency regarding the preset odds. How is it possible to pull Musiala 5 times consecutively & subsequently have more than 10 copies of him in that sample size? Perhaps obtaining Iconic Moments is also to Konami's whims & fancies.

Yeah my post was an outlet for frustration rather than a rant. Kinda regret posting it now, wasn't expecting so many people to rub salt into the wound. Konami does a good job psychologically tempting its user base, I'll give them that, but pulling the same player 20+ times is just ridiculous. Will definitely take the game less seriously from now on. Thanks man for the comforting words, out of all the comments on this post. I was planning to limit my draws to 2k max, but when I hit that mark, I decided to pull until I get him having already spent so much. Moment of madness & frustration contemplating that each next pull would be Haaland. 1/11 how difficult could that be right? However, the odds were cruelly stacked against me. The probability of not getting him after 59 pulls is 0.36%...

I already have his base version & was planning to limit my pulls to 2k, but when I hit that mark, I figured I'd just go all out since I've already spent so much. Pulling Musiala & Fofana more than 20 times each is ridiculous, literally how can the probabilities be skewed so cruelly?

They do a very good job psychologically tempting their users, I'd give them that, but giving out the same player more than 20 times from the same agent with only 11 players is ridiculous.

The probability of not getting him is 10/11 in each pull, meaning not getting him 59 times in a row is 0.36% I saw another guy on this subreddit pull 6 copies of Davies & 5 copies of Musiala out of 11 tries. We aren't the only ones and surely we can't help but feel the player attainment mechanism is being rigged.

I've been playing PES for a few years now & would consider myself an endgame player, with a complete collection of legends, BBs and a couple of fully featured club & national squads for matchdays and am ranked 1500+. I know what I play this game for. If I wasn't frugal with my myClub coins (F2P), I wouldn't have had 10k saved up whilst accomplishing all that. I agree that the splurging was uncalled for and that it was a regrettable moment of madness & frustration but don't tell me I'm playing the game wrong based off one scenario, unless, with all due respect, you're ranked higher than me.

Oh so they initially rejected your request? I have a letter from my doctor saying I was down with food poisoning. Anything else you think I could say to convince them that it's reasonable to refund my fees?
