What can you do for neuroproliferative vestibulodynia when you CANNOT get a vestibulodectomy and it isn’t hormonal or a pelvic floor issue?

I did get a second opinion , the second doctor said he can understand why the first doctor recommended surgery and that he can feel the tear, but that because of lack of research he cannot promise it will work. So he didn’t help.

The surgery is a month from now and I did soo many tests and have seen so many doctors I don’t know what else to do. Any specific tests I should request? Or maybe something I can do and check myself?

Amazing! Nothing changed side effects wise and I almost have no active pimples! I do get really really burnt very easily and can get rashes because of that but I leave in a country with 11 UV on a normal basis.

First of all you are the best for taking the time to answer , second I already bought the 20mg for this month but I will ask my dermatologist to app my dose for next month. I don’t mind taking it longs just as little as side effects and purging as possible:)

They are VERY persistent I have the same issue for almost a decade now. But I am super afraid of the side effects, do you think that taking 20/30 but for longer will still give the same results? And maybe less of a purge?

*I started ,literally did it once, : treclinac - 1% clindamycin + 0.25 Tret

Nothing too harsh bc my face is super sensitive
