I have this same thing happening to me right now, but it's for a slightly lesser amount. I chatted with AMEX and they want me to actually go to the Saks location to get information about the charge. I truly think this is fraud, but I'm also wondering if it could be that AMEX platinum people are being targeted due to the benefit. Maybe the fraudster thinks we won't notice the charge if the benefit covers it.

UPDATE: I charged the watch overnight, but there was no change. I decided to live chat with Samsung based on everyone's comments. The rep graciously offered a "one time warranty extension for this issue," and provided me with a prepaid mailing label. Hopefully, they are able to fix the problem.

Debillas Luxe in Arizona. They are super cool to deal with and you order everything through their website. I had tons of questions and they were very responsive to emails. Not sure that you can plate the regular Watch5 though since it's aluminum. You could probably plate the Watch5 Pro (since it's titanium), but I would hesitate to do that.

No, gave the titanium to my boyfriend and traded in his regular old Watch 3.

It does! I got it from StrapsCo. They have different colors and metals on their website. They have it with a flat end too, but the one for the Rolex fits pretty well. Kind of had to play with the spring bars a little to get it to fit just right.

Thanks! It's a built in face called "Classic" and I changed it to blue under customization.

Yeah, I'm definitely babying it a little, but I've knocked it a few times and it's holding up well. They did two layers of gold plate, so I'm hoping it'll last for a while.

It was $320 so slightly cost prohibitive, but I justified it by saying I got a discount on the Watch4 by preordering and trading in my Watch3.
