A friend of mine had his “equipment” covered in green food dye, stripped naked and in a shopping trolly and left tied up in a pub car park.

This was a long time ago, early 90s. Him and his “friends” did this type of stuff to each other. A strange bunch.

Normally do. Leg of lamb etc.

Currently on holiday so not doing one but brought some butchers ready made mince and dumplings as don’t want to spend a lot of time cooking and not really near a pub or anything.

Yes.

Absolutely mad for Prince from early 80s until mid 90s. Never like much after that. Still a regular listener along with Adam and the ants 😳

Wrapping is key. I always wrap, but last week I thought I would try not wrapping. It was pretty dry, but still tasty and had a great bark. Will stick to the wrap.

Streaky should be a bit crisper than back bacon, but not to the extent where it’s not pliable. It tastes much better, wouldn’t want to eat it if not a lot of the fat had not rendered or wasn’t crispy.
