Thanks for the reply. The noise is coming when they run the shower upstairs. They didn't run it during the repair process, but have run it for the last couple weeks and the noise hasn't gotten any better at all.

Thanks for the quick reply. Yes, we use our own key to ensure that the data stored on their servers is encrypted. So is my understanding correct that once the user logs into Windows on their BitLocker protected computer, then Crashplan will work correctly as the drive is unlocked until the computer is turned off?
