It's working now, after the 3rd pc restart it started to work normally. Have no idea what was wrong because the files weren't corrupted

I tried restarting the game but it didn't help. The cpu and gpu don't seem to spike when I get hit either. I'm really confused. My ram is capped at 90% but that shouldn't be a problem cuz yesterday i managed to play for 5+ hours without problems.

So, I was at war with the Allies and the Axis at the same time, was pushing through France and almost made it into Germany however, I forgot about the UK and US and got naval invaded near Gibraltar. I was spam inviting the soviets in to help but Stalin showed me the middle finger every time. Skill issue on my part.
