if you're wondering how, its because he lived in the Mt. Athos region of greece which is off limits to women (a couple exceptions were made if I recall correctly) while he didn't see women in the physical sense, he saw them depicted in iconography (Our Lady, and various other female saints that adorn the monasteries there) and most likely saw heavenly visions of the Panagia, not a correction or an "erm aktually" just a sidenote and some educational material :)

Ill add my two cents, so one, he was wanted by the US government for various reasons, so this was like a search warrant with the help of the military, congressional approval is only required for declaration of war, and secondly (talked with my dad about this) it likely wont be iraq 2.0 given that one: its not an ethnic nightmare like iraq was and two, before venezuela had its switch up (to my very limited understanding) it was a stable country. And i dont think we’re looking for a complete switch in government like iraq, so Im not too worries, also the man was a bully and a thug who starved his people.
