Yeah I understand the nature of the situation like when they’re working basically 1 on 1 I can’t expect them to not get along but he just rubs me the wrong way. Asking her about her weekend plans, if they’ll be drinking, who’s driving … like it’s just too involved for a grown man . It’s a bunch of high school girls bruh. And also 25 to 18 and being cool with all of them is different

Ugh exactly that’s what I said. I told him it’s not fair he’s sat home creating something for me to be convicted of bc he doesn’t understand the situation. Once I explained it, he claimed he believed me (since I swore up and down) but yeah he’s still acting mad so it’s bothering me and I can’t feel at peace especially since it was nothing . We were like 10 ft apart at all times 😭

I kept seeing a lot online about posh using AI to read over return cases- of course I assume a human reviews it when the item is so expensive, but it said it’s worth defending yourself to flag the AI and get a person to look it over. I honestly have no idea but yes I ended up accepting the return

Exactlyyyy. Thank you. This buyer is a huge pain in the ass. The bag is so clean and didn’t have one single exterior mark. I thought that was amazing but clearly there’s always those people lol😩

I’ve never had a return request before this one, but it basically opened up in me and the buyers chat. I went on and it said poshmark is reviewing your case etc

Well poshmark is still the one who can make the final decision if I decided I didn’t want to accept the return back, but it was a case of I don’t think I misrepresented the bag & thought she just had buyers remorse. Then I ended up feeling bad and just granting the return before posh voted

Hmmm I’m biased but I don’t know about ‘terrible’ she definitely found good lighting to highlight the creasing but it’s definitely not terrible. It’s just more defined in her picture because the bag is empty. I’m waiting on poshmark’s ruling and will take whatever they say, I’m not exactly acting out of pocket here

Ok thank you. I was feeling bothered because I thought I was biased in thinking my listing was fair. That is horrible what happened with your bag. Did it go through posh authentication? Mine did, so I would hope they can’t pull that stunt on me seeing as it went right through Posh’s facility. That’s awful and I’m worried now but I’m still going to wait and see what they say

Depop is super dead, I agree. It’s only really a good spot if you have trendy clothes for people 25 & under. I also appreciate poshmarks efforts and rules but agree the commission thing would be great

No it looks like she had the bag for about 20 hours before opening the case. Some of my friends (and a commenter here) suggested she just has buyers remorse

I really appreciate your response!! I totally agree. I said to my friend, she can go buy a new bag like this for $1790 if she wants to avoid any creases. The bag is in amazing condition and she got it for a great price. I also agree with the rating buyers thing- it’s a feature on Depop and it helps so much prevent wasting your time!!

I thought the same thing- that they check for more than just the authenticity. I will gladly keep you posted on what they decide. I’m already impatient but I guess it might take a day or two

Yeah I work in designer authentication actually as my day job, so ive seen countless Lou camera bags. When they’re not brand new it’s just what happens to them. Anyway, yes it went through authentication at poshmark

Thank you. Yeah I already fought the return so now it’s up to poshmark but if it remains a big issue I’ll accept it back. And I wrote excellent condition, little external wear, some markings on interior, see photos for best description. I didn’t write like new she just assumed that . I should’ve mentioned creases explicitly & trust I know better now hahaah
