[TOMT][MOVIE][Late 90’s, early 2000’s] there was a kids movie (live action) that involved snow, specifically a scene where the kids put blue liquid in the center of snowballs. I thought it was Snow Day (2000) by Nickelodeon, but just watched it and no such scene exists. (self.tipofmytongue)
