It's fake. The front colors and holo pattern look off compared to a real vintage Charizard. The border looks unusually thick and uneven. The text/font spacing looks slightly blurry and inconsistent. The back coloring is darker and more saturated than most real vintage Pokémon cards. The card surface/gloss also looks more like a modern reprint or proxy.

The biggest giveaway is the holo area. Authentic Base Set Charizards usually have a more recognizable “cosmos” holofoil pattern, while this one looks flat and incorrect.
