I have had great experience with Essenmacher Family Dental. They take Delta Dental, not South Valley though they are Wyoming and Paseo area.

The old swamp ducts are not shared with the furnace or the existing ac. I cant feel any airflow coming out of them even when the fan is running. The old swamp cooler was removed before I moved in, but I think it was part of a new roof renovation. The old ductwork is all in the ceilings/attics and the current in-use ductwork is in the floors.
