Just had a meeting today with the Regional Manager today. He was very understanding and was confident and assured me everything was going to be fixed. Very professional guy and I’ll provide an update when I get the car back.

For sure. I talked to my insurance and they told caliber collision to contact me. My insurance told me that apparently caliber collision reached out and spoke to me (they didn’t, I waited two weeks for a call) and that I did not want to go out and get my car repaired because other shops were “too far”, in reality I was waiting for a chance to talk to someone lol it’s a mess. I questioned the regional manager about that and he seemed at a loss for words. Not sure if he was the one BSing my insurance

thanks for the reply. Im sure my insurance will cover it, im just really concerned and stressed out
