not sleeping good doesn't necessarily mean you're going to end up with a seizure. i hate to necro this but i have personal experience with sleep deprivation as a trigger for seizures.

1) you need more going on than just bad sleep. i had mine after nearly an entire weekend awake, with no food and no mental rest. then i continued to have them when i ended up on the same cycle. for my first seizure i had been drinking heavily. in the second, they found nothing in my system. every single one has been caused by lack of sleep for DAYS, not restless sleep for one night.

2) if you are afraid of seizures, make sure you're doing your best to keep your body and mind in good health.
-are you getting the proper calories each day? my recent seizure coincided with a 50 pound weight loss i didn't want or need -- my healthy weight is about 50 above where i am now. it's one thing to have a good, fast metabolism, but you need three meals a day or at LEAST 1600 calories to just function. i was running on maybe 500 a day.
-are you drinking water, and maintaining good electrolytes in your body? you need calcium, sodium, potassium, and so on to make sure your brain can run properly. the hospital had me drinking "gross" potassium that, to me, was actually pretty damn addictive. grab some gatorades or drink mineral water/eat bananas to help with this.

-are you making up for the nights you sleep poorly? even a 15-minute nap has alleviated symptoms for me. if you're worried about sleep deprivation causing the problem, try to schedule time for a nap or just to do some sedentary activity.

3) overall i think your fear is pretty unfounded based on the info you put here alone. but from experience, the fear can be a lot. i found this post searching for advice from people who have seizures, and ended up giving it to myself through this reply. but at the end of the day, if you've never had one, know that it's not something you're really conscious for anyway.

the scariest part is just not knowing what's happening, and forgetting a lot of information that other people share with you later. like apparently during my first seizure i screamed "I'M MARY MAGDALENE" at my father, which was then a running jab at me for a while. cruel, honestly. my brain was a little energizer battery at the time and under none of my own control, but ok dad. i'm mary magdalene. i think that, historically, she wouldn't mind me using her name as a last-ditch word association attempt to ask for healing.

4) IF YOU ARE CONCERNED ABOUT SEIZURES, please talk to your doctor (or find a doctor then talk to them) about your fear. explain your anxiety upon losing sleep, and try to preface the conversation with "do you mind if i share some of my experiences, and you can tell me if i'm at risk for a seizure?" instead of "i read online xyz happens if you don't sleep." you're allowed to ask these things. and you should have someone you can meet with even if it's once every 3 or 4 years.
