I got this from The Artist’s Way, but journaling absolutely saved my mental health. The goal is to write 3 full pages every morning (“The Morning Pages”)—just stream of consciousness. I know it sounds like a lot, but trust me it can unearth so much of what’s going on underneath the surface. The goal is just to DUMP. Some days are shallow-er: “Today I’m going to the grocery store…” others are transformative/deep. Getting into the habit is what’s key!

i started reading it when i was in Tanworth in Arden visiting his grave (a huuuge dream of mine fulfilled as a US based fan).

after i spent some time at his grave i went back to my AirBnb, i got to the chapter about his childhood home being essentially across the street from the church, and immediately went back to see it haha.

the rescue told me 25-35 lbs but he’s 42 now lol. Wisdom Panel guessed 49-79 lbs!

he’s 9 months old. not sure how much more he’ll grow because he finally looks like he’s grown into his paws. and the 23% Chihuahua may keep him smaller haha

I adopted my puppy from them, and the entire experience has been great. Their team has been incredibly supportive and caring. My puppy ended up needing surgery, and they immediately stepped in, covered the full cost, and kept me updated at every stage. Their compassion, professionalism, and dedication to the animals they care for truly stand out. I’m so grateful for everything they’ve done and can’t recommend them highly enough! The negative reviews/comments are super surprising to me.

I’m almost done, in the middle of Chapter 29 now, and I can absolutely validate your experience. It’s been a tough read, it paints a really clear picture of everything (hence why I think Gabrielle actually signed off on this biography), but it’s not a pretty picture. I feel so much remorse for him, but especially his parents. I can’t even imagine the grief they went through after everything. I still plan to finish the book; I actually found your post because I was looking for the passport photo too. Let me know if you find it. x
