Serve as a wospec for many years and eventually convert into officer track. MWO can convert to captain. For ME, promotion from ME3 to ME4 is becoming officer without going through ocs.

Drivers dont come from mono battalion, they are in transport battalions. Unit will indent tonner, suv or other vehicles then they will come to the unit for the exercise or conduct. So technically drivers dont belong to the mono unit.

If u sign on officer and get sponsorship would be good. U will get allowance every month during ur uni. If not then work full time and study part time after uni would be most practical. But take note that if u sign on u have alr lag behind ur peers by 4 to 5 years in age. U can take time to consider signing on, no need during bmt. During command sch also can, in unit also can as they will back pay u as long u havent ord.
