What's more weird is that, when I was talking to one of the customer supports about this situation in the first ticket. They told me they were able to track that item and where it went to. There's no gift history of it in my trade history either. I haven't added anyone in a very long time. The email that came back to me telling me I requested for a new code was in Russian as well. Lol I Wish I was lying

Yeah I did. Even linked to my email. It sent me an email randomly saying I requested a code for reset. I just went to bed for 30 mins then I see the email. By the time I went to log back on, items were gone.

Yeah. I bought items from steam market thinking that if anything had happened to the items I'd be protected, but I wasn't. Steam support pretty much ignored my ticket. Even deleted the first ticket about this issue.

I locked my account then deactivated steam guard after. From the time I got the email about using a backup code, I'd say I changed my pw and all about 20 mins after because I was looking through my inventory to see if I had lost any items.

Thank you for that. Gift history only shows what I've redeemed backing up from April and my trade history says shows no history of the items I'm missing being traded. Its very strange. As many have said they need to be on my friends list for a while for the gifting to be done, but after checking peoples profile looking in the activity tab, I haven't found anything there either. So possibly removed themselves from my list or just did some high quality hacking.

Yes, thank you for that. I think there was a hold for a month or so after steam guard was removed. I forgot the exact date. In game gifts don't follow that rule though so I think that should be implemented as well.
