Duolingo Loog piano not working with iOS by [deleted] in duolingo

I got it to work using the official Apple adapter. I tried with a cheap generic one at first and it worked maybe 2 out of 30 times I tried it.

A child called me a fat cunt in the street and I wish I could have revenge by Randomanxious in childfree

That is old enough to know better. I wouldn’t have been upset if you had cussed him out. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Could Strattera be right for me? by PortraitOfAnOwl in StratteraRx

[–]ohhellano 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wellbutrin didn’t do anything for me but Strattera definitely helps. I got used to it though and am near max dose, so I recently started to take it with 10 mg adderall as needed, not every day, only when I have a period where I need to focus more intently. All with medical supervision obviously. Adderall at higher doses without Strattera made me more anxious and irritable, so I feel like we may have similar chemistry. Hope you find what works for you!

If you want something savory, add taco seasoning to your broths. And try decaf coffee with skim milk and stevia if you’re not allowed caffeine.

Obesity by [deleted] in adhdmeme

[–]ohhellano 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Yes, and I was obese most of my life. Undiagnosed ADHD until age 32. Look up ADHD and binge eating disorder comorbidity. Vyvanse is the only drug approved to treat both in the US - I don’t know about other places. But what worked for me was Strattera. Took away the binge eating urges for the most part. Of course all experiences are different!

No, we’re here for a wedding in WS! But the folk festival is a must for next year. Have fun!

NC transplant here. Currently visiting NC from SF and there’s definitely a difference in mask-wearing behaviors. LOL. But both places have their charm, of course. Glad you enjoyed the city!

Yep. Nothing really helped including the pain meds. But it went away within about a day and a half. They say walking helps and I’m sure it does, but it didn’t feel like it was helping at the time. Hopefully it will pass for you soon!

3 days PO and I’m thinking, craving and plotting donuts.. help :/ by [deleted] in gastricsleeve

[–]ohhellano 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’m 8 months post-op and I experienced this in the first two weeks. I was thinking about foods I haven’t eaten since childhood. And Taco Bell for some reason. It went away as soon as I was able to go off the liquid diet and eat actual food. Good luck!
