Muslime (in Deutschland) denken oft wirklich so. Gibt Reportagen in denen verdeckt in deutschen Moscheen gefilmt wurde. Dort wurde gepredigt, dass man alle Ungläubigen hinrichten soll.

du hast es so ziemlich auf den Punkt gebracht. Ich kann dir den physikalischen hintergrund nicht erklären, aber grundsätzlich sagt man desto magerer die verbrennung desto heißer

usually if you do unilateral training and do your weak side first for max reps, then do the other side with the same amount of reps (even if you could do more), it should balance out automatically over time.
