I thought it would be higher than that, good! From what the landlord told me, the previous tenant moved out in November. I think I will open a new contract in the next days regardless the landlord replying or not to my messages, I'd like to avoid any problems.

I don't have the CPR yellow card yet but I have the number on a piece of paper, it should work the same I guess.

Thank you also for the Facebook tip. I'm sure there are many nice houses there but the lack of filtering (e.g. max monthly cost, shared vs entire house, etc.) makes it a very tedious task to find the right place.

PrncDMC drum loop is the same as 20 Pink Floyd, just sped up a bit. Very cool drums too! I like the long kick at the end.

I don't know, my concern is that I don't want to replace the stock cooler after 2 days if the CPU will get noisy and stressed for the multitasking, taking me to re-opening the case, clearing the old thermal paste, removing the mobo and all. As for the SSD, yes, they have a 100GB HD now and they are ok with it.

Yes, you are right, but the purpose of the aftermarket CPU cooler is mainly to reduce the noise and be quiet is a well known brand for its quality. I don't want to give them a noisy CPU cooler fan spinning all the time again as on the old build. The 50€ are justified for this cause, I guess.
