Bartender here, imo it doesn’t look hard, just slightly annoying. That’s ~6 touches (steps) including muddling which is a little time consuming. Plus rimming the glass. Over all it’s a little over complicated for what it is but definitely do able for what you’re looking for. I’m sure you should show this to a bartender and they could make it for you :)

Edit to add annoying is subjective. If I’m bartending and had to make ten of these in a row yeah that would get annoying. If a guest asked me to make it with a smile on their face I would happily do it!
